A couple of weeks ago we went to Franskraal with a couple of friends of ours and their daughter. It was a great weekend with lots of ice-cream, braai-ing, beach time and chatting. I love really love the Franskraal house – it’s a perfect place to escape from the busyness of life a weekend or for a mid-week break….hint hint David. I also love how it can be shared with our friends – it’s big enough for everyone to come with. Here a few of my highlights from the weekend away. xKx
The weekend away that blessed me
I think that’s important to share the blessings you receive from God with other people. I also think that the blessings you receive should have a “reverb” effect to the people around you. Rawsonville weekend away
David and I went on an adventure over the Du Toit Kloof pass last weekend. We stayed at a really nice guest house called De Eike. It can be found just outside of Rawsonville, which really is a one horse town. There’s not even cellphone signal, which was a bit of challenge for me but I think by Sunday I was fine with that.
